At Toshi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
